Ask MissionSquare Retirement: How do I find statement inserts for my plan in Account Access?

You can find statement inserts related to your plan within Account Access on the Overview page after you log in. Statement inserts may include information about your plan lineup, available products and services, or the quarterly participant newsletter with helpful tips and resources.

Select your plan under Access My Accounts, then click Statements and Confirms from the menu on the left of your screen. Once you click on a statement, another screen will open and it will have a PDF of the statement and any inserts that may have been included.

When you open the statement, you will see a section called "Related Documents," and you will be able to select any of the PDF document(s) shown there.
